You’ll train with glute-focused strength programming that prioritizes proper mechanics, progression, and feeling confident in your movement — not random burnout workouts. Nutrition is supportive, flexible, and realistic, with guidance that helps you fuel your body without overthinking or restriction. Cardio, habits, and recovery are layered in to support body composition and consistency. This isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what actually works, and learning how to carry it forward long after the 6 weeks end.
